Yes — you can order one of anything. There are no per-item minimums at all. If you're wondering how this works with shipping, check out the Minimum Order Volume section below.
Yes — because everything ships directly from Bali, orders need to reach a minimum of 0.25 cubic metres. This is a shipping volume requirement, not a product minimum. You can mix and match anything you like to reach the total.
If you're unsure how this relates to ordering single items, see Can I order single items?.
Your cart includes a cubic metre calculator that updates automatically as you add items. It makes it super easy to see how close you are to the minimum.
Most orders arrive in around 6 weeks. Because your goods are trans-shipped through multiple ports, it can sometimes take a little longer — especially during busy periods or when ports are congested.
If delays happen, we automatically push back your final payment date, so you're never paying before your stock arrives.
1) Order Preparation (about 1 week)
Our team in Bali picks, wraps, labels, and prepares your order for export.
2) Road Transport to Surabaya
Your shipment travels by truck from Bali to Surabaya on nearby Java — the closest major export port.
3) Trans-shipment via Singapore
From Surabaya, your goods are normally shipped to Singapore, where they join a direct service to Australia.
4) Arrival in Australia + Customs Clearance (3–7 days)
Once the container reaches the Port of Discharge, it usually takes 3–7 days to clear customs and quarantine.
5) Final Delivery to Your Door
After clearance, Team Global Express delivers your order straight to your store.
Our pricing is all-inclusive to your store’s door anywhere in Australia (except NT and northern WA). This includes:
