Bali Homewares specializes in providing authentic Balinese homewares and art at competitive wholesale prices. Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring quality and tradition in every piece.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

  • Orders must meet a minimum volume of 1m³ or multiples of 1m³ to qualify for shipment.

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

2.2 Payment Options

  • Full payment or a 50% deposit will be required at time of confirmation of order. The balance will be taken from your preferred payment method on arrival of the stock at your Port of Discharge in Australia.

2.3 Order Confirmation

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.


3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy

  • We ship directly from Bali to the Eastern States of Australia.

  • Shipping times may vary subject to sea freight scheduling.

3.2 Customs and Duties

  • Bali Home Wares is responsible for all applicable customers fees, taxes or duties on arrival in Australia.

  • It is able responsible for biosecurity entries

3.3 Damages or Delays

  • Bali Home Wares will take all possible actions to reduce any delays that may occur and will keep you advised of such delays as and when it is advised.

  • Bali Home Wares accepts liability for damage in transit, however before any adjustments, will require the customer to provide photographic evidence of the damage.


4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, on provision of photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Home Wares Bali reserves its right to deny any claim subject to it’s investigations

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

4.2 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • As our service is offered from overseas, once your order has been loaded into the container for shipment in Bali, we are unable to offer a refund.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Bali Homewares or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.


6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Product Authenticity

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Bali Homewares is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
