Orders must meet a minimum volume of 0.25 m³ or increments of 0.25 m³ to qualify for shipment. We will contact you should your order not meet our volume requirements.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Full payment or a 40% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation.
The balance will be charged to your preferred payment method 60 days after order placement.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.
We ship directly from our Bali warehouse to most regions in mainland Australia (including Tasmania), excluding the Northern Territory and northern Western Australia.
Shipping times may vary due to sea freight scheduling. We expect shipments to take 40–45 days from acceptance of your order.
Bali Homewares is responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in Australia.
We are also responsible for biosecurity entries.
Bali Homewares will take all possible actions to reduce any delays and will notify you if delays occur.
We accept liability for damage in transit. However, photographic evidence of damage is required before any adjustment or compensation.
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, upon submission of photographic evidence.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Bali Homewares reserves the right to deny any claim subject to its investigation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be calculated at the time of your claim.
As our service operates from overseas, we are unable to offer a refund once your order has been loaded into the container for shipment in Bali.
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Bali Homewares or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
Bali Homewares is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
